Touch

These pieces were inspired by the process of touch. Each piece, and the plant form chosen for it, has to be touched many times, looked at from different angles, shaped and decorated.

While working it is easy to damage a fragile part of the plant, and the warmth of the hands dries the porcelain quickly. That is how these porcelain pieces came about, and not by chance: a moment of touch held still in time and in the palm of the hand.
