I am an interdisciplinary artist and ceramicist, a porcelain master and jeweller. In my art I examine nature, plant life and how it relates to people.
I draw inspiration from my garden, from everyday nature and from my work with plants. I examine all this and convey it in ceramic jewellery, porcelain installations and sculptural light objects.
In the objects I make, I try to embody the lightness, fragility, transience and openwork delicacy found in nature. I stress the importance of light and life, in search of a closer bond with nature.
